Jim Walker, President
Jim is the experienced professional that will be with you throughout the entire process. He has over 28 years of experience in the new home real estate market. From the initial meeting until long after moving day, Jim works with you to make certain that your entire building experience exceeds what you expect and deserve. His "hands-on" style helps you feel confident throughout and keeps our clients and their families coming back for each of their future homes.

Jane Walker, Accounting Manager
Jane has worn many hats since joining the family business here at JR Walker Homes in 1993. Her current primary role is as our accounting manager....though our customers can still turn to her about most any aspect of their job and she will be able to help. She works to assure that all of our accounts are managed with ease and precision but she is also kept in the loop with selections to help ease the transition of her passing the reins of this role. She brings many years of experience with her along with a strong organizationed process to help make this intense coordination pleasant for everyone.

Molly Winstead-Leal, CID, Marketing Director, Selections Coordinator
Molly is a certified interior designer, hence the CID tag. Before joining us, she was the local interior design director for a national firm based out of Dallas. Molly is not only responsible for carrying out our company vision but has recently taken over the role as our selections coordinator as well. She works with each of our clients to make their selections for their home, such as flooring, paint, cabinetry, plumbing etc. Her creative juices are always flowing as she designs and crafts the image and the message that we present to the community. Some of her primary responsibilities include writing/designing our newsletter, maintaining our website, designing our marketing books and brochures and serving as a liaison with our realtor partners.

Tony Payne, Project Manager
Tony is our exceptional team superintendent on site who has most recently been described as "the glue that holds the entire process together" by one of our customers who watched his seamless operation on her home. He has been in construction since 1976 and is knowledgeable about all aspects of construction from structure to the finishing which makes him an invaluable supervisor to all disciplines on site. Tony and Jim have worked together since 1987 in his capacity as a framing carpenter.

Maurice O'Donovan, Punchlist Coordinator
Maurice is, in every form of the word, a team player. He is particularly adept at the "polish-out" of your new home. When the time comes to really put your nose into the corners of our new homes, Maurice is the man for the job. His attention to detail and ability to follow through and "polish the apple" is second to none. His positive and easygoing nature makes working with him a delight.

David Harper, Trim Supervisor
David is responsible for our trim staff. David is the oldest member of the team starting in 1989. He is a master carpenter, ultra marathoner and avid fisherman. David dreams about his work, frequently coming to Jim and Tony saying, "I dreamed about how to do this last night." It's rare to find that type of dedication anymore and we have a team full of the dedication that you should expect for your dream home!
