A Beach-mountain-view Catcher

Shawn and Tennille walked their lot with us a year ago. It was just too much. We stayed in touch and as the prices adjusted their opportunity arrived. They dreamed of a home that would take advantage of the awesome view, and reminded them of some of the beach and skiing trips that they had enjoyed. We assembled a team of designers including Mike Foltz of McAllister+Foltz as well as Preston Dalrymple for Landscape design. This team has provided one of the best collaborations we have been involved with. This is an exciting home that takes advantage of all that this wonderful lot had to provide. Chad And Lara

Chad and Lara are moving back to Richmond after being away for a few years. The home they are leaving has a large homesite that provided an expansive setting. They found the Lindsay Meadows neighborhood to give them much of this atmosphere. The expansive common areas and rural yet close in location were perfect. This home is our Ball Mill plan. We first saw this home in Atlanta built by our friend Bill Grant Homes. It is a wonderful combination of family home and entertaining spaces. This home features a media room and "man cave" as well as a Hearth room off the kitchen. Large bedrooms and a lower level master are part of this comfortable design.

David And Natalie

Dave and Natalie came to us this spring. They had a tight schedule and wondered if we could help with their budget. We had a home site that we were offering special pricing and terms. They liked our Auburndale model and particularly the expandable third floor. We are fast tracking this home for a fall delivery. We still have a couple of sites where these special prices are available. Stop in a check these out!

John And Carrie

John first contacted our company by e-mail. Do you build for normal people? Most of the time I explained. They most often start out that way. John and Carrie needed a bigger home for their family, had not sold their home yet, and really liked the Rock Springs neighborhood we built in a few years ago. I introduced them to Greg Spicer with Hometown Realty. Greg made it happen! Sold their home, we designed a new home for them and we get started with permits next week! Check back often to watch this wonderful home unfold.

Ken And Diana

Ken and Diana have choosen our Gables Cottage plan and the unbelieveable setting in Lindsay Meadows for their new home. We are building this with a florida room addition as well as a number of adjustments to the floor plan to provide a comfortable guest suite on the first floor. Room(as well as sound proofing) has been provided over the garage to allow their family to "bang on the drums all day"

Mary And Andrew

Mary and Andrew, like many of us these days, were debating "do we move or do we improve?" They went with IMPROVE and what a bountiful addition they made. We worked with them to develop their vision of a plan, helped pick the finishes and assisted them in the design of their new custom millwork. They wanted a more "open" family space which included an eating niche off of a brand new kitchen and some additional family room space. This addition on the main floor also included some additional space on the second floor which allowed for a very spacious master suite closet and a new and improved laundry room relocated to the second floor. This addition also added a basement level room which they now use as a work-out room. They LOVE their new spaces and it allows for their home to have a much more family/entertainment friendly lower level plan. Each space now flows into the next with fewer dividing walls. What a transformation this project was!

Ron And Lori

Ron and Lori came to us right after Christmas in 2010. They liked our Rushmore home. We adjusted the plan to meet their needs. The site they chose lent itself well to a basement so the music and recreation space is in this area. This is a unique and elegant home for a discerning customer. The Chandler

We welcome The NEW Chandler to our family of plans! This beautiful home offers three possible elevations (along with those that might live in your imagination). Our focus for this plan was to offer our clients a smaller alternative plan with all the attention to detail/function/flow that our homes are known for. This comfortable plan offers the "open plan" living/family space that we all have come to love along with the more functional private spaces that we need. On the second floor, the Master Suite provides TWO walk-in closets along with an attached master bath with his/her vanities! Each additional bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. The third floor is a perfect get-away for your kids as a rec-room...but by all means, use your imagination here...it can even be plumbed and offer you yet another bedroom! You can't help but love this plan.

The Saxony

We welcome The NEW Saxony plan to our family. Our focus here was to offer our clients a smaller floor plan with all of the attention to detail/function/flow that our homes are known for. As you can see, the elevations are influenced toward more "old world/craftsman" periods. Very grand in scale with loads of handsome details. This plan is EXCELLENT for the entertainer or active family....offering the more "open plan" living/family spaces on the first floor. The generous master suite is also on the lower level/first floor. All of these spaces have access to a screened porch! The second floor has three additonal bedrooms and two baths along with a nice rec room! You will love this plan!

The Westhamton

We welcome the Westhampton plan to our family! Our focus here was to offer our clients a smaller floor plan with all of the attention to detail/function/flow that our homes are known for. This comfortable plan offers the "open plan" living/family space that we all have come to love along with the more intimate spaces where you can sneak away to dine, sleep or work quietly. The Master Suite offers TWO walk-in closets and a large attached master bath. Each additional bedroom (4 with possible 5th on lower level) also has an adjacent bath. You gotta love this plan!!!
