We encourage you to check here often during construction to get a better idea how your home is progressing. Our customers like to send their friends and family to this website so they can see as well. Please feel free to look through these homes – each one has a different personality just like the families that are designing and building them along with us.

| Kim and John are previous customers as well. We built their existing home in Rock Springs Estates. This new home is somewhat smaller, but enjoys a golf course view at the Federal Club in Mountain Run and a classic cottage style. Front and rear porches bring the outdoors in adn provides shade and protection from the sun. Mountain Run is now a gated community providing security and comfort. The golf course is beautiful and the Hanover location has easy access to I295. The proximity to Short Pump makes shopping and dining a 10 minute ride in the country. | |
| This is another variation of our popular Westhampton plan. It too had a formal living room added as well as an unfinished basement. The front elevation is a unique combination of stone and brick with segmented arches and flaired front stairs. | |
| Stephanie and Mike are moving here from New Hampshire. They loved our Chandler plan and wanted a basement. We designed their home with a basement and incorporated a morning room that was not in the original plan. We are leaving the attic and the basement unfinished for expansion possibilities. There is a wall of bookcases, a ten foot elliptical arch that separates the kitchen from the family room and much more. Check back often to see progress here! | |
| Venkat and Sudha first came to see us in late 2011. We looked at a plan for another lot in Covington but did not come to terms. Lucky for us they came back and we designed this version of our Chesapeake floor plan for them. | |
| This is a variation on our Westhampton home. The elevation and the floor plan were changed to meet the needs of our customer. They needed a formal living room to allow them to entertain. We added the living room and adjusted the elevation to provide variation in the neighborhood. | |
| The Saxony by McAllister & Foltz was the inspiration for this great fmily home. However, they needed some adaptations. You see, Suzanne and Jim have 5 daughters and when they are in the kitchen catching up on their day Jim has a difficult time hearing the game. Both Suzanne and Jim needed "escape space." To solve this problem, we gave the kitchen a gathering room that allows this family to enjoy each other and the excitement that life provides without the adjacency to the family room causing a problem. We also designed a master suite where Suzanne and Jim can go to enjoy a little quiet time. Teen suites, upper and lower level laundry rooms and a focus on outdoor living are just a bit of the fun this new home is designed around. | |
