Chris and Tanya purchased their lot in Mountain Run last year. They approached us early this year with their plans. We helped them to find the best way to get the added space they sought within their budget by looking to the expandable attic rather than a basement. Their homesite will be on golf course at The Federal Club when the next nine holes are added.
