We design/build for a niche market; a small handful of customers per year.  Most of our work is creating dream homes for specific individual customers.  However, we typically also have a select number of custom homes under construction and for sale for families that must move within a few days.

For customers who don't have the time to start a custom home from scratch, or are disappointed with the limited availability in the current market place, the following unique properties provide a way to get a jump start on making a custom home their own.  These homes enable interested purchasers to customize the final details to meet their own personal needs.  The design work and selections are complete, kitchen designers, and interior decorators, have completed their work.  The engineering has been done. The permits are ready to file. These homes can be delivered within 6 months.  We have priced these homes so that you can take advantage of extraordinary times.
